Personally, I avoid Chic Filet A.  I try not to patronize businesses that like to force their religious beliefs onto their employees.  I refuse to shop at Hobby Lobby for the same reason.  We live in the 21st century.  Birth control should be readily available.  We are no longer trying to populate the world.

Neither Chick fil a nor Hobby Lobby forces their beliefs on their employees. They close on Sunday.  If you want to work on Sunday get another job and tell them you want to work only on Sunday.  As for birth control no employer should be forced to pay for your birth control.

I agree with Country girl. They certainly don't force their beliefs on anyone. We actually patronize them BECAUSE of their beliefs.  I am personally thrilled that they aren't open on Sunday. What a great way to give their employees the option to spend time with family or go to church.

I love the nuggets, waffle fries and shakes!  :silly:

It's been quite a long time since I went to a Chick Fil A.  I used to like it very much.  I don't know why I stopped but I just did.

A while back I saw an advertisement for new menu items which looked pretty good.  Sometimes when I see those ads, I get inspired to try and make something like it at home.

I quit eating out a long time ago. Has nothing to do with a "virus" ::)  People are just nasty. We have made several things at home lately that were either inspired by something at a restaurant or a freezer meal we liked.

Chick Fil A always have really long lines. I occasionally eat there, but I do not see anything spectacular with this resataurant. Maybe there is an item i need to try on the menu to change my mind.

I thank God regularly that over the past 12 months my fine city has brought both a Chick-Fil-A and a Hobby Lobby into our zip code! I do everything I can to patronize them both as often as possible. We just got done eating chicken for dinner. I'd never had their nuggets before tonight and I have to say that they were superb!

As for forcing religious beliefs on their employees, you could not be more incorrect. They do not force anyone to work for them or to purchase from them. What the DO do is to stand up for their moral beliefs, and I stand with them. And the U.S. Supreme Court stands with them as well.

What Obama and Creepy Sleepy Peepy Joe did in trying to force companies to compromise their religious beliefs was abhorrent and reprehensible. All religious are being viciously attacked from all sides and it is refreshing to see that not everyone will just roll over in the face of adversity.

Thank you Hobby Lobby and Chick-Fil-A for setting a fine example despite the unwarranted hatred and persecution that you face because of it!

I like CFA in general, but will admit that I'm not a super huge fan of the salads...

The sandwich is a favorite for the men in my house.  I may take a couple of bites because I eat mostly veggies but it's pretty good once in awhile.
