As others have suggested, contact TAP support directly. It probably is a mistake or misunderstanding or a glitch. They will respond.

Have you contacted TAP directly about what is going on with this site and why the surveys are no longer available? I don't know how to contact them directly. I don't have an account with them as far as I know.  Maybe they can give some insight as to what is going on here.

Thanks for the info.  So basically most of us are never going to be able to cash out again as most people were saying TAP was about all they had left to earn. Nothing else is working.  I would like to know WHY they are no longer available to FC.

Because it's not just FC. Tap Research has changed to mobile only. They are no longer supporting surveys on PCs. FC doesn't have a mobile app, therefore they are not eligible to partner with Tap Research.

This as the notification after TapRsearch was stopped on Timebucks:

Tap Research is BACK   As you may know, Tap Researched stopped all operations on Desktop and Mobile Web traffic. This means they only supply surveys to in-app users. So in order to get them back we have built a mobile app that runs Tap Research only.

Work on getting a FC survey, any one of them.  The DQ pennies do not count towards $0.05 needed for PTC, but surveys do.  It takes time, but I have gotten one 3 of the 4 days I have tried this week.
