Suppose with the price of gas so high its a real option for many. Also used cars are way up in price.

I saw a video on YouTube of a guy showing off his new Hyundai electric car and the total cost of ownership brealdown, that was actually less than the $35,000 he paid for it. What really lit my fire was fuel cost in the Pacific Northwest (where I live) was 30% to 50% lower, due to higher gasoline prices snf lower cost of abundunt hydroelectric power.
