I used to have a problem sometimes with buffering, when I had 3 mbps but I upgraded to 30 mbps, and I haven't had anymore problems.

I'm not a lawyer, but I would think she needs to come up with evidence of unfit parent. and she must get legal councel. there are several free intial services for legal help. google them. hope that helps

I feel 18 might be a little to soon. Remembering back when I was 18, did a lot of dumb thing when I was sober nevertheless being intoxicated. unprotected sex, driving, other illegall substances because it let's down self control. I also believe unwanted pregnacies comes form drinking to early by unwise teenagers.
