Oh yeah, I encounter people like that everyday. Customers who call my job. Talking about, it's your fault that I'm late to work. In my mind I'm saying to myself oh really, well how come I made it in on time? The question that has irked me over the weekend was. When will transportation be up and running again? I feel like telling them, well when mother nature decides to take the water she dumped on us right back. Hello, a freaking hurricane just came to our area. Are you not aware of your surroundings? Obviously not, since you're asking the dumbest question in history.

I'm planning on going to the Grand Canyon in the next few days.  I've never been.  I'll be flying into Phoenix.  What information can you give me about it.

What do you know about lodging, transportation etc.  I won't have a car but may rent one if it's more convenient.

I've never been there myself but I hear it's awesome. My cousin's have taken trips there and they say in fact it's one of the most beautiful places they have ever seen in their lives. I hope you enjoy it.

I didn't lose power at my house but there was a lot of flooding in my area just not at my place thank goodness. Navigating through flooding was the worst part. Hopefully the waters will recede soon. I feel bad for the other people that have horrible damages to their homes. Hopefully, they all have insurance and can get their homes fixed up again. I was one of the lucky ones. Mother Nature has it's way of letting us know that the east coast is not exempt from Hurricanes. What an experience it was to hear the wind howling outside and branches falling here and there. I've went through a Tropical Storm before but that was in Puerto Rico. I never thought a hurricane would actually hit Philly or New York. That's unheard of. I'll never forget the week of 8/22/11-8/28/11 for as long as I live. On the 23rd we feel an aftershock and then the 27th a hurricane. That's crazy. I think the earthquake was just warning for us to get the heck out before Irene came along.

Holy crap, I'm freaking out because someone in my job has contracted this disease. It's not passed from person to person. It's an airborne disease and now the top officials in our building have sent to get our cooling tower tested to see if it's positive for Legionnaires disease. Oh how I pray that test comes out negative. It's freaking scary for someone to get that. It can eventually lead to lung failure causing death. Now they have to wait 2 weeks to get the results back. That's a long time to wait. I really don't want to walk into that building until they get the results. Uuuggh! I feel like they don't care about us and want us to work in there regardless. By that time, more people can get sick if in fact our building was the source of my co-workers sickness. If it wasn't that I really need a job and the money I would quit but I guess I have to stick through it. So they say, they have already contacted our local and state health department to notify them of the issue. I hope the state can make them shut the building down at least until this nightmare is over. There are too many lives at stake in this place. Well that's my story of the day. I'm hoping for the best for our building and also hoping that my co-worker recovers soon.

Yeah that earthquake hit VA, but I felt it all the way over here in Philadelphia, PA. That was just the aftershock that I felt but it was still pretty scary and lasted about 40 seconds to a minute.

I prefer Comcast. They're the big guys around where I live. Verizon comes in second but they're not looking too good with this strike going on.

No, I'm not ready for the summer to go away. I hate going outside wearing all these extra layers, when in the summer, I can just wear a nice shirt and jeans, or a nice sundress with heels and my purse. I hate carrying around scarves, gloves, coats, and not to mention the static shocks I receive every time I flick the switch to turn on the light in my apartment. Absolutely, hate winter. It sucks that my birthday is around the time when blizzards occur. Lucky me. February is just the worst winter month ever.

Girl, you need to tell him to back off or else he'll just continue doing it. You know he's not a good person if he's telling you to blow plans with your husband. If he's that into you and doesn't back off when you tell him, change your number and get a restraining order against him. If he violates the restraining order he gets arrested. Even if he's your friend, you shouldn't have given him your number to begin with. It sounds like he's infatuated with you and won't rest until he gets you.
