FusionCash / Re: I get confused
« on: August 17, 2007, 11:26:11 am »Message ID: 80
I think that's a pretty good idea - I could just make it a little icon or checkbox on the header of the offer, and when you click it, the offer gets "greyed" out.

Before I try that, I wanted to see if you'd been to the offer clicks page:
http://www.fusioncash.net/offerclicks.php
It lists every click you've made in the past 90 days.  So although it's not exactly what you wanted, at least you can get an idea of what you've clicked on...

FusionCash / Re: New refferal bonus?
« on: August 17, 2007, 11:24:01 am »Message ID: 79
We're considered it, but there are a few things preventing us right now:
- Our current system is rather unique, and I feel it sets us apart
- Our current system is focused on rewarding people who bring us a lot of users who become active - which is profitable for us
- Percentage referral bonuses have an unfortunate "black eye" in the industry.  For example, I believe we would be more likely to run into trouble with PayPal if we offered a percentage referral bonus.

In thinking about it, we may be able to increase the cashout bonus to $4-5... would that help?  Let me run some numbers...

Tell me how to cash out please.
I think I have this fixed -- please try again!
http://www.fusioncash.net/confirm.php?do=coreg

I had set up a direct deposit account and then I got this message that is was an invalid account number, does this mean I lose all that money?  Or will it get sent to me in a check since I changed my cashout options to check?
Our records indicate that you have DD setup correctly.  You can verify it on your Direct Deposit page:
http://www.fusioncash.net/directdeposit.php
If you want to cashout to Direct Deposit and you shouldn't have any problems.

I also got an invalid account number although it was correct.  If I have it sent paypal will it take just as long?
The same applies to you -- I see your DD info on file.  PayPal payments take about the same time as Direct Deposit.

I can't cash out. My account page says I'm eligible, but when I click cash out it says I need $15 in completed offers, which I do have. In the meantime I have money expiring  $14 so far and am very frustrated. I've started to help tickets on this issue and gotten no response.
Sorry about that!  Regarding your tickets -- I don't see any in our system from your account.  I don't know what to tell you.
Regarding your cashout -- I apologize for that embarrassing bug!  It has been fixed, and I went ahead and cashed out for you.  Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Offers / Re: Will they run out?

The number of offers is always going to be limited -- it's the nature of the business.  We do our best to keep getting new ones.  We usually add offers a couple times a week.  Like Fencek said, the "New" category is a good way to see those.

I'm sorry it didn't help.  I tried to answer all of the questions in your post -- if you could rephrase or restate your questions I can try to answer them to your satisfaction.

We put together a page all about offer crediting:
http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting

Unfortunately, since the reward is under $7, you can't request manual credit on FastWeb.  With offers like that, the dollar amounts are too low for it to be worth the advertiser's time to track down individual signups.

Please don't re-do an offer if it doesn't credit.  That's considered cheating and is against the rules.

After nearly 6 years of posting these payment proof pictures here in a forum thread, we've finally moved on to an easier system.
FROM NOW ON, YOU MUST SUBMIT PAYMENT PROOF USING THIS FORM:
http://www.fusioncash.net/picturebonus.php

Using that page, you can quickly identify the cashout which you're requesting a picture bonus from, and you can upload your screenshot or photograph.
You'll get an email confirmation when your request is made, and another one when it's approved or denied.  Upon approval, your image will be automatically posted to a new subforum which is designed for this purpose.

Post payment proof (a screenshot of an electronic payment, or a scan/picture of a check) or something cool that you bought/did with your money and we'll give you a $1 bonus.  You can attach images to your post by clicking "Additional Options" at the bottom of the reply area.

Just post your images here, and we'll take care of the rest.  :)

CONDITIONS:  You may request ONE bonus per calendar month.  You have 90 days to request a bonus once you receive a payment - after that, you're no longer eligible.

ALLOW 2-6 WEEKS FOR THE BONUS TO BE APPLIED - THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE

For those wanting to send a screen shot of PayPal payment or Direct Deposit payment:

1. Open up your Internet browser and go to PayPal / your online banking.

2. Login and click the "Details" link for your payment, if available.

3. Now, hit the "PRT SCRN" button your keyboard, it is usually located in the upper right part of the keyboard.  This takes a screenshot and copies it to the clipboard.

4. Visit http://snag.gy and press "Ctrl+V" to paste your screenshot.  At this point you can use the online editor to "block out" sensitive info.  Be sure to leave the date, time, payor name, and a portion of the transaction ID or some other identifier.  You can also crop the picture down to the most important parts.

5. Save the image, then right-click it to "Save As" and save it somewhere you'll remember (for example, on your Desktop).

6. Finally, you can upload the image from the place where you saved it (for example, on your Desktop) on the picture bonus request page.

Other details:
You're permitted to obscure any non-FC related info that you don't want to share.  In fact, we would encourage it.  A screenshot of the email you received from PayPal is sufficient for credit.  So is a screenshot of the payment detail page on PayPal's website.  For direct deposit, a screenshot of your online banking which indicates the deposit is required for credit; alternatively, you can scan in a paper bank statement which indicates the deposit.
Lastly, for a check, a picture or scan of the check itself is required; you may obscure details but the check number must be visible to qualify for credit.

Offers / Remember: Respect our advertisers! A couple guidelines.
« on: August 16, 2007, 06:32:57 pm »Message ID: 4
It's because of our generous advertisers that FusionCash exists at all.  Please refrain from:
  • Suggesting that someone cancel an offer
  • Posting cancellation/support telephone numbers
  • Unfounded or inflammatory remarks (e.g. "Brand X Sucks!")
