first make a mixture of four eggs add a dash of milk and some butter in the pan and olive oil than cut up mushrooms inn little pieces, dice tomatoes shred some carrots and or any other desired veggies.dont let the omlete dry in the pan so u can flip it and fold it has to be soft and moist. enjoy

I like my omelets with paramesean cheese, a little pepperoni perhaps, and some other delicious ingredients.

3 Eggs, Spinach Leaves, Onions, Green Peppers, Low fat Mozzarella = phenomenal.  DO IT!! great protein!

This little breakfast place I go to makes a delicious Thai Chicken omelet with a rich spicy and sweet tomato onion sauce with peas and other veggies, it's delicious
