cell phone offers

I'm confused about these offers that require you to type your cell phone number and they text you some code or whatever. Do those offers charge your cell phone bill even if you cancel it right after? the terms of use are so confusing

Many of them charge you, so be very careful and don't sign up for something you do not want.

Rumor has it that you may be able to call and cancel any type of membership before you incur charges, but either which way, if the payout of that offer is higher than the one monthly/onetime fee charge, you are up anyways : )

I did it before I realized and I think I got credited but then found out a month later that they added $10 to my phone bill. lol. So be careful with these type of offers!
