These so called 'HIGH STANDARD' offers, certainly dont seem to have such high standards on ripoffreport.com or informercialscams.com...as we speak im going thru something similar with 12-In-One vitamins..which included me having to literally close my cc account down because once some of these trials have your cc #..they tend to hold on to it..and from what i read about 12-In-One on informercialscams.com they charge you at random..and 3 pages of complaints by people CAN NOT all be lying! i have  had some great luck with most trial offers...and so far only been burned by two..and the GPT sites are usually clueless to what the advertisers are up to..(but had they visited a scam site, maybe i wouldnt have ended up with the headaches i got?)

I certainly encourage ALL members of ANY gpt site to look up ANY product they are thinking about using a CC with...why gpt sites dont look them up before posting them is beyond me...

and you're right dude, any thing that is against the TOS posted in these forums will be removed by staff, so if it stays...nuff said..

bottom line, there are some great trials out here, some i even keep, but from now on, when it comes to 'supplements' with an autoship feature...i will pass on it...and none of that..'follow this program and get rich'..stuff either...

ADMIN..can you see if you can add some of the trials below??

-some good trial offers i came across on other sites-
Great Fun..great trial (the only one i tried, but a good deal)($1)...Complete Home..($1) BuyDiscount.com($1) Bargain Network: Homes ($1)..-cant beat the cheap 'no-strings attached' trials-

p.s yall dont have to post the ENTIRE quote, just find the part thats relevant between the words 'quote'.and delete the rest... ;)

you can not talk about canceling any offers in the forum. that is a no no......

Normally I would have posted the same thing.  When I first read the thread, I went and read the TOS for that offer and I had to agree with Egnar, but didn't get a chance to post that.

When I came back today and saw that Kohler was here and didn't lock the thread nor edit Egnar, I feel that FC doesn't find this particular post in violation.

In Egnar's case, he is not discussing the "cancellation" of the offer, he is discussing what has happened since the cancellation took place and obviously Kohler didn't see a need to edit or lock the thread.   :-X

First of all. . .I did receive credit for this offer so my remarks aren't biased. I only wish to warn everyone else.

1)Yahoo Success kit says 'nothing' about a reoccurring fee when you sign up there is in fact a $49.99 reoccurring fee when you order the digital download for $1.49

2) There are over 60 reports on ripoffreport.com of this website in the last year old (which is what prompted me to cancel)

3) Even after canceling just 4 days into my free trial I just today recieved a $49.99 bill on my bank statement from them, After canceling the free trial. I will be calling them tomorrow in the AM to settle things straight (Cancellation numbers and all), however, from the reports on ripoffreport.com they seem very adamant about there "No Refund Policy".

I sent in a ticket to fushioncash explaining all of this, except point 3, about a week ago and they said they would look into it. Well, now I'm living proof of being scammed. It's highly upsetting that almost all of the money I will make here on fushioncash in the next month will be forced into going to Yahoo Success Kit because of there horribly service and/or lack of a soul.

You can flame me all you want but as I understand it anything about a sponsor can be posted here as long as the claims aren't 'unfounded'. I believe this picture, of both the original charge and the new charge from 4 days ago (which just now showed up on my statement today) prove that something is wrong with this company. http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/9962/58766612xz6.jpg. I implore the staff here to look into this and find out why this company is taking advantage of people being redirected to their site. I may be out $49.99 (a lot for a college student) but I can hopefully save others.

yeah, i specifically flagged that offer so that i wouldnt go back and do it because i didnt like the way in which the TOS was worded. for some reason i felt uncomfortable with how it was written.

oh, and by the way.....the TOS in that yahoo success kit offer specifically said that after the 14 trial period they would charge you the the $49.99 per month.

you can not talk about canceling any offers in the forum. that is a no no......

FYI: i wasnt talking about cancelling anything, I was talking about not wanting to do the offer in the first place because i didnt like the way the offers TOS was written. so lets get our facts straight here. deciding to not do an offer in the first place is clearly different from what you are accusing me of.

no no no hun i'm sorry i was'nt thinking when i hit to post where i was going to be posting lol. sorry bout that. i was referring to Egnar, sorry again about that.

hmm... thanks for the warning... I had problems signing up, and came here to find out what I could do and I see this... I noticed in the tos that I had two weeks for the "free" trial before my account was charged $59.90 (keeps going up and up throughout the thread) but now I'm eager to cancel it to avoid any troubles with them... good luck to everybody else signing up in the future  :o

Mine canceled easily. No extra charges. My deepest sympathies to you for being screwed like that. :(

Yeah, I got overdraft burned by FreeCreditReport.com

I canceled my free trial account, then I got charged this month; when I called, the lady said I "Verbally agreed to keep the account open.." when I am quite sure I did not.

The lady I spoke to was foriegn, so after I told her to cancel my account, she may have started talking about offers or something. All I remember is I could barely understand her but I made her saying something about a confirmation email. Never got it, so I figured the account was canceled anyway. Mind you, I said that I barely understood her so I thought maybe I was hearing things or misunderstood.

Anyway, I was still skeptical of me verbally agree'ing to keep the account open, so when I asked to hear the sound file, she said "Well we can't legally do that.".

Well, I have a 40 dollar cash out, the cost was 15 dollars for that site along with the 10 dollar overdraft protection, plus my CC was maxed out so thats a 50 dollar charge; even more money than it would cost had I not had the overdraft protection.

Not only that, my cashout is still not approved so I probably wont get my money until July 20th.
Bummer.
