Do the politicians in your state get anything done?

Not here in New York  They are all like kids arguing over stupid things, Mean while the state is in shambles. They change political parties like they change thier underware. all have some kind of special interest group to support. We lost the former governor coz he liked hookers now they are trying to oust the present governor.I think its time to oust them all.  Maybe get some stoners (intelligent stoners) to run the state, Stoners are much more mellow no arguing and they do get things done. (contrary to popular belief)

That's too bad. Here in Washington we have a pair of Senators who really get things done. One is heavy into veterans health care and transportation and the other is about building business and protecting the environment. They're young too so hopefully we'll have them for a long time.

Not here in Illinois.  They are too busy being corrupt or playing one-upmanship on each other. And also attaining all the money in their coffers that they possibly can.  The Politicans are in this for themelves and damn the people they are suppose to help and who also put them in office because of all their lies.
