i used to only accept people i knew but then i started playing mobsters and friended up like over 100 people i don't know. i haven't played any games on there for a couple of months so i stopped accepting invites from strangers

I only accept people I know or friends of people I know.   I get a lot of 20+ somethings (male and female) inviting me to be their friend.  I always think that is weird since I am 47 and we probably have nothing in common.

Nope, the only people I accept are friends or friends of friends.   There's no reason for me to have people have access to my pictures, and my friends if I don't know them.  And a lot of the time those are fake profiles.  FB is starting to run into the problems myspace encountered early on, spam.
