Cashout temporarily denied?

I just checked my cashout status and it's listed as Temporarily Denied and FC wants me to fax them my drivers license/passport? Has this ever happened to anyone? Sounds a little fishy...

I've had this happen with various sites. I just got some photos of necessary information and viola!

Yes. So if I were to send a picture of my driver's license with everything blacked out except for my name and address, would that suffice? Also, my fax machine doesn't work so can I just scan my info and e-mail it?

 WHAT! thats strange thats never happened before, at least not to me, maybe there just wondering if your a US citizen or resident, but I find it really weird its the first time I've ever hard of FC asking for that sort of info oh well just cooperate with FC and everything should be fine, also make sure that the info request is really coming from FC and not someone else for your own safty.

Send a support ticket first dont send all your personal info without making sure the info request is truly coming from fusion cash beeecarful.

I'd make sure that this came from FC and if it did you should be able to just use a scan of your drivers license or other legal ID with important personal numbers blanked out and probably a piece of mail to your address to prove that you have a valid address and citizenship.

Where can you look to see what your status is?  I don't know if mine is good or bad...I hope it's good

FC needs some sort of identification to pay you...otherwise anyone could say they are you   Be thankful they are taking this measure!

Go to Account menu and under VERIFICATION on the left you'll see your account standing.

It's definitely smart to think about this before just doing it - even if there's a reason for everything the reason could be someone trying to steal your identity! Hope you wouldn't just give away info because someone's asking. That being said, Fusion Cash gets your full name and address already in order to send you your checks, so I would just blank out the driver's license number and send it in like that. Probably just making sure you're a real human being!
