cashout temporarily denied help

hello i tried to cashout but it written temporarily denied because of unsual activity what they mean by that ?

That's something you'll have to find out from a support ticket. You probably will have to verify your identity though

They may need to investigate your account. Make sure all your account information is correct and that you don't log on to FC using multiple accounts or computers with different IP addresses. Also, if you are using the paypal cashout method, it has to be yours only and cannot belong to someone else. You also need to make sure direct deposit info is correct if you're using that method. If all of this is together and correct then you should definitely put in a support ticket to see what you can do to have this fixed. Good luck to you!

What ever you do, do not let them  send you a 'check' My first and only check is 'lost in the mail' I do not want to pay an outrageous stop payment fee, I said I'd wait, now they decided, they were closing my ticket...just  ask the questions once they respond to you, but YOU have to wait, because as with all things money  this will be a headache for you. & me!!

Try emailing support.  I have not ran into this problem but I hope you find out what's up!  Have you broken the terms and conditions?
