How long does it take for a support ticket to be answered?

I know this answer will vary depending on various circumstances, but does anyone know how long it takes for a support ticket to be responded to? I have never had to submit one before, so I was curious on what to expect.

@pridegirl88 - It depends...is it Gambit (the Special Offers) or Fusion Cash Support?  Usually, it depends on the offer.  I have a support ticket on Gambit that they said they would get back with me within a couple days but it's been 2 1/2 weeks and nothing....so it all depends.  FC Support usually takes 24 hrs or less (depending on the day).

Thanks for the heads up. It is through the normal Fusion Cash Support. It's not even about an offer. I guess there was some sort of computer glitch/error and I got credit for the same referrals offer completion bonus five times instead of just once. So I am just trying to get that corrected! It was odd , I had never seen that error before!

I've put in support tickets 3 times, and they all have been answered within 5-7 days.  Pretty good considering all they have to keep track of.  At least they answer.  I wrote a couple support emails on another website and it's been 6 months and counting for an answer.
