Help much appreciated
« on: October 22, 2010, 03:25:56 pm »
I was told to contact support for this issue; I recently had my credit returned (my payment: "cash out") because it says I have an invalid account number, but it is actually a valid number, by direct deposit.

I'm just wondering if this is common, and how do I go about this mishap?

I have never had any problems with payment but I use PayPal for my payments to contact support go to the support tab on the main page and submit a ticket.

I use PAYPAL also and haven't had a problem.  But it's easier to check your PAYPAL account name.

Double check the Bank routing number and your account number before you submit.  Doesn't take much in invalidate eithor.

I used direct deposit once.  No problem, tho it's a little slower to credit to the bank account.  Switched back to PAYPAL when I found out that PAYPAL doesn't levy a fee on FC deposits.  Nor does it charge fees to send money to your bank account.

Have you gotten a response from Support?

As mentioned, double check that both your account and routing number are correct. If it still doesn't work, just request it as a check instead. I know people think snail mail is so slow, but I always have my check by the 21st of the month!
