Soory, I'm one of the few in my family that don't like pumkin pie.  I did see some nice recipes in Family Circle.

No problem! I love to share recipes  ;D

Ingredients
This is a basic recipe that I found but tweaked to my liking.
You can make a gram cracker crust or just buy one lol.
    * 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
    * 1 (15-ounce) can pureed pumpkin
    * 3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
    * 1 1/2 cups sugar
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I always add more because I don't measure my cinnamon!)
    * 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    * 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * cool  whip
Some like the use of sour cream. I NEVER HAVE USED IT!! I find if you leave it out the cheese cake has a beautiful consistency and is more light.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, egg yolk, sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.
Pour into crust and bake at 325 for about an 1hr 20min -1hr 30 mins. It depends on your over so when you think it's done just stick a knife in the middle and it should come out clean. Once it's done let it cool for about a 20 mins before you stick it in the fridge. Then after about 4 hrs in the fridge slather on the coolwhip and sprinkle with cinnamon :-)

I love most pies, but only eat pumpkin around Thanksgiving... usually just get it at a pot luck so I'm  not making it.  :thumbsup:

I'm gonnahave to try that pumpkin cheese cake pie recipe. That sounds luscious!
Now, this is what I did one year.  I needed evaporated milk for my pumpkin pies. I had evaporated milk, but one was chocolate, so I used that in my pumpkkin pie. Was pretty good. No one noticed that it was different from the other, and it was all eaten.  Not gonna do it again tho.  :P
