Videos offer not working?

Okay - I am tired of the Emily Rossum video - not crediting for me

I did not get credit for the Emily videos today but did get credit for another video.  Wish they would get it fixed.

I will be so glad when the Emily Rossum video is gone !!! It never credits.

I was disappointed over that video. I had been getting credits for watching it, but today none. Oh well. I'll be glad when it's gone too. At least the Peggy video is funny.

Where are the videos?  I don't see where the videos are under the special tasks.  It was there this morning unless I'm just not getting enough sleep and am missing something.   You click under special offers and it should show up as one of the options correct?  Man I need to get to sleep....I'll figure this out in the morning.......hopefully.

You won't always see them. When they are available, which can be at any time, there will be a video tab between tasks and offer status under Special Offers. If no videos are available at any given time, the video option is simply not there. The browser you use for videos does make a difference too. IE has been working best for getting videos to credit over any other browser lately, so that's where I log in to FC to check for videos. Some have had weird glitches, like the notorious Emily Rossum video that everyone is complaining about, even though it has been crediting like crazy. All in all, it's been an excellent week for videos but please use IE. I'm sure FC is aware of the problems with the Emily Rossum video and is working to fix it or remove it.

There have been the Coldwell Banker video, the Air New Zealand video, and the Peggy video to name just a few. It's worth watching for new ones every day because those pennies add to your offer money. Hope that helps!

Thank you, that is really informative and clears that up.   Just when I thought I knew it all on this site.  I use IE and have never had a problem with the videos crediting.

Thank you, that is really informative and clears that up.   Just when I thought I knew it all on this site.  I use IE and have never had a problem with the videos crediting.

Glad I could help. You seem to be learning fast and will soon be a pro. I learned the IE trick on videos from a post by another helpful member. I usually log in from Firefox and access my Gmail from there too.

Ahhhh, I hadn't thought about trying it in a different browser window.  Usually the videos credit immediately for me, so thanks for the info.

Today(8/29/2011) there were no videos to watch.  That's too bad because I just figured out the videos yesterday and thoght it would be an easy one to do each day.. Oh well, this is helping me with my E-Mail because I am still very new at it.  Thank-you. drsuzn
