videos not working for me

Can you provide more info about the issue you are having?

Does it say that no videos are currently available? The videos come and go so even if the link is available for you to click, there may not be any videos at that moment for you to watch. Check the link as often as you can to catch the videos as they are available.

Are you watching videos and not getting credit? If so, try another browser. I prefer watching videos using google chrome. If I use safari, I sometimes get credit and sometimes do not. The browser matters.

The other member responding suggested that you post more detailed information as to the problem that you are having. If you did not get the information that you needed from us, you might re-post giving more detailed information.

Are the videos that you are watchin freezing up and then continuing to play? This happens to me sometimes and I have to watch the video again to get credit. If this is happening to you, then watch video again.
