Exercise/Muscle Hurting

Okay, so I've only been working out for like 2 weeks - about 45 minutes a day on average.  At first, my muscles would hurt for the following 1, sometimes 2 days but now they only hurt the same day (I exercise in the morning) and it's barely - am I already used to it or what?

You've been conditioning your body and now it's getting used to the extra work. Just because you aren't feeling the pain doesnt mean you are no longer getting the gain. As long as you are still pushing yourself some while you are working out and feel it then, the later effects don't reflect as much- you will still get results.
