My personal favorite is Ross.  There's also TJ MAXX, Marshalls, Old Navy has good sales.  I also like Rugged Wearhouse.  Oh and don't forget thrift stores.  The end of the month is good time to catch the winter seasonal sales.  You can get cheap winter clothes as they are bringing out the spring stuff.

If you got a Sears or JcPenny go to them they always have things on sale at good prices.  You can usually get things on clearance rack real cheap that looks good.  Same at Walmart :)

Ross is my ultimate top choice for decent cheap clothes. Thrift stores are SUPER cheap but very rarely will you find good clothes. eBay is also very cheap but you dont get to try on the clothes before hand.

You should try going to a thrift store. If you spend time to look you should find some really great deals. I'm not allowed to shop at thrift stores so I get my friends to for me so I save money. :)

Aeropostle usually has pretty good prices. Same with Old Navy & the discount name-brand retailers like Marshalls, Ross and TJMAXX. Especially if you check the clearance racks. ALWAYS check the clearance racks in stores. Also, Target has REALLY cute clothes (especially on clearance) for pretty cheap!

JCPenny always has sales and great discounts and their quality is good. That is my favorite store because they have a lot of buy one get one half off and different sales like that almost every day on different items. Also Walmart, Target, Kmart, and Kohls are pretty reasonable.

Kohl's has a lot of cute stuff, and they always have clearance racks-sometimes with 70% off.
