I am going to have a Protein shake. Just finished 2 eggs and some pineapple. At around 1 I am going to have a can of tuna fish and an apple. At 3:30 I will have another protein shake. 6:30 will be a sandwich and I will have another protein shake before bed.  I have started working out and six small meals per day helps me keep focused on not overeating.

We're eating leftovers!  Pork tenderloin and lasagna.

I'm doing a simple Crab Sautee:

1 lb crab meat, real or fake, cut into chunks

2 tbsp of real butter

1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic

1/2 White Onion, finely chopped

Heat the butter in a skillet or wok. When butter is fully melted, toss in the rest of the ingredients, all at once. Make sure to cook this on a relatively high heat so you get a nice sear on your crab. Keep the mixture moving for about 2.5 minutes or when the onions are cooked to taste. Serve over Linguine paste (cooked al dente) with a little olive oil, some more minced garlic, and a spritz of lemon juice. Makes two (2) servings of crab.

(Yes I wrote this recipe from scratch. This is one of my typical mid week meals I cook for my family.)

We had a diabetic scare so we are not eating A LOT of baked chicken, veggies and salad... nothing fried and nothing white... do you realize how many white things that you eat... we have both lost about 30 lbs doing this without realizing it... we're on a plateau now, but I'm a size 14 that I haven't been in 20 years, so I'm keeping on truckin...

Wow! ! That is fantastic Amazing what happens just naturally when you eat just real food I have been doing the same as Now I find out I am pre-diabetic So no more sugar or white bread for me either so it is veggies fruit and fish or chicken for me in some combination I am getting closer to a size 14 Congrats to you

I have pork tenderloins defrosting.  I'll put more thought in how I'm going to fix them a little later and what to serve with them.  I like to be creative and experiment with different spices, cheeses, tomatoes, onions, etc.  The bad thing about experimenting with this & that is it's hard to duplicate exactly!  Cooking is a passion of mine which is a blessing since eating is a passion of my family!
Have a wonderful day!
