I need some positive vibes, thoughts, prayers etc

I'm facing a situation with my job that could result in me losing my job for completely stupid reasons basically due to my car breaking down and getting stuck in traffic (two separate occasions) I don't have issues getting to work I've never called out and I'm a good employee but they can still get rid of me.  The company just doesn't care.  But I need this job for now until I can save up more money so I need to hold on as long as I can.  I'll know in a few days what's my fate in the mean time I could use some positive vibes and prayer sent my way.  Thanks.

So sorry to hear, its a shame when something out of your control can affect your job performance. Im sending some positive vibes your way!!! Just stay positive, if you are truly a good employee they might cut you a little slack. Just keep tring to do your best. Put your faith in God above and he will show you the way. Hes got a plan for us and just trust that things will work out in life the way they should

I hope I can get cut some slack it's the right thing to do unfortunately I have no faith that the company will do the right thing because I have seen too many times that they don't.  I feel a little better than earlier.  I'm waiting for my union rep to call me back and see what they are doing.

Everyone has their own share of rough times, just don't lose hope. You are a good employee and a good person,  therefore there will always be something positive on your side. Let's all hope you don't get cut and that your union rep can send some good news your way. Keep in mind that even though things might not be working your way, life has its miracles and there is always light at the end of the tunnel!!!

I talked to the union rep earlier and now I don't have such a good feeling but maybe I'm worrying too much over nothing.  I know it's not the end of the world but I've never been fired in my life, I've been laid off because my employer went bankrupt but never fired so I'm just a little stressed.

Thanks everyone for your positive thoughts and prayers it seems it worked because I didn't get fired today.  It was very close because the higher ups wanted to fire me and I could have been but my manager surprisingly stepped out the box and did the right thing for me.  She recognized that I am a good employee and I don't do anything wrong.  It's just that this is the policy.  I'm happy that I didn't lose my job but I am still a little depressed and stressed because I have been on edge and stressed out for the last few days. 

In the next six months I will be very stressed out because nothing else can go wrong or I will be out. I can't do anything wrong (not that I ever did before) during that time and it's going to stress me out a lot.   I have a couple of days off to get myself back together because I got a couple of days suspension. So it's like they gave me an extra day off.  The company still sucks and in the mean time I will continue to look for another job.  I've been wanting to leave for a while but I wanted to do it on my terms and not like this you know.

Be sure to point out your good attendance record to those in charge.
If they realize this was out of the ordinary circumstances, perhaps your job can be saved.
