I dont think that there is a direct relation to drinking water and losing fat.  I know when I stop drinking Soda and more water, I lose weight.  Water is a great filler, but its not a diet.

I've been drinking Ice water and diet soda, now all I need is a scale to see if it helped.

Diet and excercise.  Fewer calories + excersise = weight loss.

They say you should drink 8 glasses of water a day.  Water suppresses the appetite naturally and helps the body metabolize stored fat. Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase!

i don't know but i heard that if you drink a full glass of water before you eat it's suppose to help you eat less.

Drinking plenty of good water is good for your whole body ~ brain, skin, kidneys, etc.  I have found it easier to lose weight if I drink a lot of water, especially before a meal.  The only downside is the trips to the potty.....

Yes it is true.  Drinking water will flush toxins out of your body and will also help you feel fuller so you do not eat as much.

Drinking water is healthy, but in my own experience the only way to lose weight is eat less and be more active.

no thats not true a good workout and less in take will make you belly fat like nothing stop eating for two and eat less. fruits and vegetables  stop eating white bread and go on wheat it helps alot ;D
