Who got impacted from the ban of online poker of the big three?

Myself among many of my friends not to mention the people who used online poker to qualify for poker tournaments and TV networks who used online poker to qualify people for poker shows have all been affected by the online poker ban.   

I really do not think they thought of how much it impacted everyone everywhere from tourism to small businesses to people who used poker for entertainment or to earn extra money to big corporations. 

Now a bill is going through the house and senate to make it legal online again.  Sometimes I think they pass laws only to make news laws to undo the old laws to line they pockets with money for doing a "favor"
