Oh! that's real proffessional dragonsgold. Ban someone for a forum discussion. Go ahead join the band wagon. There's a lot of people that have been through what I've been through and they're out there so join the hater's crowd and ban me I don't really care. ;D

i am a member at dragons gold and have been paid by them there for i know what rules are and i do believe if you read the tos and terms.... it's a no no to go making fake claims and or bashing that site on any open forum. as i said wayyyy up there. if you look on dragon's gold and then you look on pr you will see they advertise each other. there for i'm sure they are close friends and i for one would'nt sit by well someone called my friend a scammer!

if you are doing this to pr then it would only be a matter of time before you got mad and did the same to dg.
also as said you have'nt done any offers there... there for you most likely joined up there threw a offer on pr just for credit. so why even care if your banned?

hypersweeper used fake emails. I recieved word from affilates that she had used them and her offers were reversed. Its as simple as that. It was not a mistake at all. And if another admin of a site finds that a member of their site has commited fraud, of course they are going to ban them, because more than likely that person will do the same on their site. She was also banned from other gpt sites for using fake emails and having reversals, this is not a case of one or two fake emails, there were many.

Hyper I came in here, and was actually going to give you the benefit of the doubt. As I said in MY post, you were banned because your IP (NOT email account) was way different than the IP address you used when signing up for pirates riches, and that we would not reinstate your account until you could send us proof of your address. So...
I go back into my admin panel..to make sure I do in fact have MY facts correct and (shock...surprise..and disbelief) I find you have registered for our site NOT only ONCE but TWICE! Once as Hypersweeper and then as Hyper. And again, different IP addresses for both.
Now..perhaps you can "claim" that the email addresses you used were not false..and I cant say either way..BUT I can say with ALL honesty that you did in fact register for Fire House Offers under 2 different IP addresses twice! And thats twice that I know of...there could be more. I will have to check further on this.
And as you ALL know...registering for a GPT site more than ONCE per house hold is in fact FRAUD. So that settles it on the part of Fire House Offers.

All I can say is WOW. I have no idea about the the various issues involved here... but banning someone from a completely unrelated site because of a conversation in another forum seems completely unprofessional. There's fraud committed by site members but there's also fraud committed by owners. I'm sorry. I had sympathy for all of the sites mentioned here... until I read that the origional poster has been banned for this discussion. Retaliatory banning seems completely unprofessional! Lets be clear... Is there any real evidence of fraud? Not really. A few chargebacks... this will happen and if a banning occurs, that's fine. However, to then ban the user in retaliation from other sites for posting here is... shocking.  Before the retaliatory and political banning occured I was entirely on the site of the site owners... now that I hear this, I am really starting to question the legitimacy and motives here. Unless the owner has had specific issues or proof of fraud with by this member specifically, I recomend that she be un-banned immediately.

Professionalism means explaining why the member was banned. Owners should be rational, calm and professional. Yes, this member was upset... so explain clearly what happened and why. That's all that needed to happen. But this is above and beyond...

in a sence they are not completly unrelated sites.

professional is what the owner did at pr. she said she would see about it and then decided to not unban the person. that is very prefessional. it's her bus. she is running it right...
what is unprofessional is comming to a gpt site, joining the forum, and bashing pr because you did'nt like her answer. as said life is short... get over it and move on.
she is running a bussiness and has to do it the way she sees fit. i don't believe she would ban anyone for no reason. this is what happens when people join sites from other sites as offers and don't worry about reading the tos or terms all they care about is making money. same with anyway most join now a days. they don't bother reading, they just wanna make money period. and in the end they are running off on forums everywhere yelling scam scam scam all because they don't know what they did wrong. if they would of read the tos they agreeded to when they joined they would know what they did wrong and if they cared about their account they would'nt of done it to begin with.
ok i have said my piece and am shutting up now. i just feel this should not of ever of been bought here. fusioncash has nothing to do with any of this and this should'nt be posted here. you can yell on a million forums. the admin is'nt going to change their mind and all it does on the forums you yell about like if it's a gpt site like this one is show the admin here what kind of person you are.

I really don't know what you mean by dispossable e-mail. All I know is yes, I use different e-mails but they are all real. I've never even done an offer on your site and I am banned so I don't know what the heck is up with that nor do I have the time for it.
I am a member of some great GPT sites and I apologize for being upset about the matter but I am upset because the owner of Pirates Riches sent me this e-mail--

This is the first e-mail-- After doing more investigation, I found out that you had used fake emails at another site, as well as using your referrer's email to comlete an offer on this site is for real. This is considered fraud and I cannot reinstate your account

Much Peace,
Mary :)
piratesriches.com

This is the second e-mail--No, it was your referrer from this site. not tsifr. She emailed me yesterday about it. And as far as investigating. The gpt owners have a forum where we post questionable activity, that is where I found you had used fake emails on another site.

Much Peace,
Mary :)
piratesriches.com

And finally this is the third e-mail I got from her..  As stated before, we post our emails from affiliates about fraudulant members. This is not gossip or heresay. If you continue this I will call my lawyer and have you charged with harrasment. Acting out in anger is not professional in the least.

Much Peace,
Mary :)
piratesriches.com

So you tell me! if you got an e-mail like these from a place knowing that you did nothing wrong intentionally at all and begged for forgiveness. It was a first time mistake and I got banned.. ???

Not only that! I mean come on people who in the heck would intentionally use a fake e-mail? it would have to be a complete moron. It only takes 2 min of time to make a real one and use that..

Hyper...on the above quote are you addressing me? If so..I said nothing about "disposable emails" and two You have done a couple offers on our site but under the second name you registered with.
As I stated above...if you read my post, your banned NOW because of having 2 accounts. And regardless if you read the TOS or not...everyone who has worked in the GPT field knows...only one account per household per IP address...and please explain...WHY is it..that ALL 3 IP addresses are different? Both the IPs on our site and the IP on PR. I mean completely different...unless...perhaps...YOU are using an IP masker?????????

Excuse me mister but I use my real name, address phone number and ect.. Don't get too! caught up in all the excitement now. You said something about a fake e-mail and I am telling you I did not use a fake e-mail and neither do I use fake names like your implying. I don't even care about your site..

And as far as firehouse offers go. Me signing up at your place has nothing to do with the accusation of me using fake e-mails and getting offers reversed. I've never even done an offer at your place..

In the first e-mail from Pirates Riches she said I used my referrer's e-mail at TSIFR to do an offer. I contacted management about it and they know nothing of this. It's a complete lie. What dummy would use a referrer's e-mail to do an offer? that is so stupid it's not even funny. I am also not banned at TSIFR. Now if it was true what she was saying don't you think that TSIFR would have banned me too?? not just her?

My point was simply that... the origional poster was banned and angry and shouldn't be posting as she did. However, you can't expect every member to act rationally.  have a lot of sympathy for site owners and that was my reaction immediately in this case as well. However, my issue is with 3rd partys banning members in retaliation and taking the discussion here in the direction that it has gone. It's just not necessary. Explain why the member was banned while expressing some sympathy and the other owners and members who are loyal to your site will come to your defense. Lawers, harrassment charges, retaliatory banning... It really doesn't reflect well.

I've never heard of a GPT owner filing or threatening harrassment charges over email. It seems pretty silly considering you own a GPT site and banned this member; she was only seeking clarification. Again, I understand the banning... being a GPT owner is tough.

Hyper again, you are skirting the issue..so let me clarify this for everyone, esp you...
1) I am not a mister my name is Becky
2) you registered with our site using 2 different nick names and 2 different IP addresses.

Now...Im asking you, are you going to try and claim this is not fraud? Are you claiming you didnt mean to? Or what is the reason for joining a GPT site twice which is completely against the TOS (that means terms of service btw)

Well, the reason i threatend harrassment was because she failed to leave out in her post all her threats to me, that is why I told her I would call my lawyer.  I have explained over and over why she was banned. And thedragonsgold had every right to ban her if she has been fraudulant on other sites. On this forum i have posted twice why she was banned.

I truly am sorry for any inconvienance this has caused you. I use about 7-8 different e-mails but they are all real, I would never give a false one unless it's a typo error.

I was just talking with someone from a GPT owner's association and they told me your excuse is Bull. Number one, you have no proof your only going by what one person says to another and by gossip in a forum.
Why would anyone use a fake e-mail when it only takes 2 min to set up a real e-mail.
Well God Knows that I am about much peace but you must not be because you would not rush to such judgments with out no proof..
I will be investigating this more and leaving any reports necessary in the right places about this situation. I'll keep these e-mails for proof of the conversasions between us, showing that you based your decision on a referr's word and a forum. Very wrong!
I figure you just don't want to pay and have probably done this before and probably will again. But you forget, We as humans get away with nothing. You may be getting away with it now but one day either in this life or the next you will pay for your wrong doings and what you did here is wrong.
Yes, you could ask Jesus to forgive you but I don't think you would truly mean it because your so blind you don't see that you are wrong and if you do see that you are wrong and your doing this on purpose boy are you in for a reckoning with almighty god above not me.

I tell you one thing as God is my witness. I am still an active member of TSIFR and have never had such an issue with them at all. I also have NEVER used my referrer's e-mail to do an offer. Heck! I don't even know my referrer's e-mail from TSIFR. What kind of investigating did you do? I may do a little of my own investigating?

To everyone involved... I'm sorry I got involved in this and really never should have. My only point was that it seems to be going too far... the intensity of this just seems unnecessary. I think about all of you (and now me) sitting here and posting and getting involved in this and I just hope everyone moves on. If I see you sometime in another forum, you'll probably know me as someone who's genuine and trying to help out with. I wish this had never started and I guess that's all I was trying to convey in my posts.

Best & Take Care Everyone.

I also hope this ends. I was referred to pirateriches by hypersweeper and she really had good things to say about the site. Its just sad to see it has come to this. I also know hypersweeper from tsifr and she has always been very honest and helpful. I do believe this was a mistake. My two cents.

Everyone else.. have a good day.
best

Yes, it truly was. I had referred many people there. And Mary you know I did not threaten you at all so by you saying that I did makes you a liar.   :bootyshake:
God bless all of you, sorry! things got so out of hand I will move on and enjoy myself doing it. Must let bitterness and harsh feelings roll off my back like water shaking off of a wet duck.
Again, God bless all of you even the ones who joined the band wagon against me. Chow! case is now closed.. ;D :dog: :cat:   :bootyshake:

And as far as all of the other GPT sites joining the hate bandwagon against me. Yes! I may have joined your site's with different e-mails,I was very new to GPT and did not know what I was doing but I never had any intention of sticking around at your site. This is not about joining under different e-mails.
This is about being active at a site and being accused of using fake e-mails to do offers with. Not joining sites with 2 different e-mails. BIG difference.

And I've got some offers to go do with my real e-mail addresses thank you! :angel12:
