No did you delet it from your computer or do you still have it loaded on?  If you agreed to do it then you have to keep it on your computer for I think 3-6 months before it can be taen off.  If you do it for a little while then remove it your money will be revoked it states that in the agreement with neilsen.  ;)

just curious, what would have happened if he had already cashed out and received the money?

I believe that other members have had this problem.    You can search Neilsen offer on FC and get past postings regarding this offer. .  You must have done something wrong that this happened.  You have to read instructions carefully when you take offer and comply exactly as the offer reads.  If you feel that you have done everything offer requires, you can always open a support ticket.   :dontknow:

To SurveyMack10:  I believe that if member has already cashed out and received money, it would be deducted from next cash out.

I did Neilsen...back in March...never did get credit...it said I have to complete 30 days of it before getting credit..i participated and got emails from them...i still have it because every once in a while i get an email asking if i will respond, and in doing so get entered into a drawing..so i do...and have never removed it from my pc....i figured once the time period was completed in participating that I would get credit...but nope...and now that the time period is over and I should have gotten credit...the time frame for submitting a support ticket has expired...go figure..by the time you learn there is no credit..you can't submit support for it.   :BangHead:

If you think getting $2.25 for one free offer is possible, think again  ;)  I am sure you needed to do some follow up in order for it to credit or to keep the credit.  I am usually overjoyed to do a free offer that does not involve a download or follow up emails/calls for $.75.

I just got this warning......

Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days.
Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic.

Well I still didn't get credit for doing this offer and it's been over a month now.  So obviously there are consistent problems with this offer still.  For how annoying it gets, you definitely should get the credit.  Despite the fact that it's over 30 days old, I think I'm still going to open up a support ticket.  I did everything right and participated for over a month.  So I should have been credited.

I think I would open a support ticket myself over that one in your place.

You got that warning because your posting on a thread that is almost a year old. I know other people have posted about Neilsen recently, so there are probably newer threads. Neilsen requires you to keep it downloaded for 30 days. If you removed it before the 30 days was up, they will take the money back.

Oh lol I know that's why I got the warning.  I thought that it was funny and ironic.  That it's been months since people posted in here and the problem is still going on.  I STILL have the stinkin thing installed and never got credit for it.  I rarely complain considering all the opportunities that are available and the site is consistently improving itself and giving us more options.  I more so have personal beef with Nielsen I guess.  lol  I had them in my home and now on the computer and they NEVER pay you as much as they should for how invasive they are consistently.  When I had it in my home, you had to press a confirmation button every hour, ever time you changed the channel, any time someone new came or left the room, and you had to hand program your guests.  PLUS they never replaced your batteries in your remotes like they promise.  They do pay you, but when they call you every time you have the TV on for more than 24 hours or watch an On Demand/ movie through your digital cable box, or call every time the cable company comes out to refix the box they messed up to do your services, it just never seems worth it.  Charter told me that if they messed with my cable box again, they'd be fined and I'd be responsible for paying for the equipment.  So I guess I just wanted to more so rant about their service.  NOT FUSION CASH.  I  FC
