::)  I don't know if anyone notices my posts, but I truly do try to be very helpful.  However, it is grating to see a new post everyday asking "is this site legitimate?", "how does this work?", "when will I get my money?", "how much money before I cash out?", "how do you do surveys?", et cetera.  I joined last month and I don't recall how I stumbled on this site, but I'm glad that I did.  I looked at the rules and searched topics to garner as much information about the site that I could.  Heck, I'm still learning.  However, practically everything can be figured out about this site and how it operates if you do a little leg work.  Maybe their should be just one thread with questions/answers for the new member.  My candid opinion there is a plethora of information already for the new member if they prefer to use their nogin instead of being spoon fed.

I'm still learning after four years and it's fun.

Every day on Fusion Cash is a exciting day to discover new paths to earn more money and read the forums.  I like it here because the members really try to assist each other and the Admin/Kohler make it fun.  The "Post mania" games are a blast, I once got .05 for whining to much (LOL).  I hope this site continues to prosper.

@AdamH1978, Hi,I understand your frustration nowadays, more & more younger bloggers are joining these sites.I've  nothing bad to say about the new generation only that they're going to be less mentally capable as their 1960-70's counter parts. You can thank "No, child left behind. "We don't want to hurt the kids' feeling b/c he/she can't make it to the next grade.Ya, boost the kids grades up to C- so he won't be left behind.Growing up, you never ask teacher for help, you learn it on your own. There was no such things as, deadline challenged, unlimited time tests, note taking challenged, time challenge, test anxiety..etc..I know, it's not an excuse but you get what you expect. The kids of today are basically mentally handicapped due to their up bringing,& social norms.60's-70's parents were more involved w/their kids & the social norm was to be the best in everything you do in & out of the classroom.Student athletes excelled in their sport & excelled in the classroom.Being stupid & brainless was not a fashion statement back then. In fact you're the out cast if you think being dumb is cool. Today, everything about education is just backwards!
I know,it's annoying seeing those questions again & again but usually,it's from the newbies & prob.nervous. It's more comforting to actually get an answer from a person.Knowing that there are members that are advance,I post questions to get help from them.Sometimes I to ask repeating questions but it's b/c I feel safe in asking FC members. For the sake of your sanity, stop being upset about it.Being upset won't solve the problem or make the person read the rules either. You're wasting time & energy being upset over this. Let go it go & move on.When I see these repeat posts, look at as away to practice what I know here. When you do something on a daily bases you won't forget. So , by answering these repeating questions helps me stay on top of what goes on here. Try to see it in a positive view.

Thanks tantricia44 for the insight, I am in agreement.  If it is a good question I'll still do my best to help out and I'll leave the deedadee for others. :P  Patience is not one of my virtues unfortunately.  I'm not really angry, just a little exasperated.

Well sometime there really is no information provided about an offer. A few offers I didn't get any credit for and don't know why, but at the same time didn't really care, like the .01 for watching a videoon youtube ... I just remember which ones I don't get credited for and avoid them, or similar ones when I'm doing offers.

I have noticed your posts, Adam1978, and have found them to be very literate and helpful, which is refreshing. I've been a member for four months now and know my way around pretty well, but I still find helpful tidbits of information from some of the more senior members and as well as the FC staff. I also remember being a newbie and struggling a bit at first. So I love to help new members with legitimate questions to keep them on the right track and help them avoid some of the early pitfalls that could get them banned like posting a link of any kind in their posts or creating two accounts with the same IP address. They may not even know where to find certain links like the Terms of Service at the bottom of this page. It's all a little daunting for some people at first, especially if they're not particularly computer savvy and are chomping at the bit to learn the ropes. Sure, they could no doubt find the answers they seek on their own if they took the time to click around, but what's the harm in pointing them in the right direction?

I like to cut newbies a little slack when they're first starting out because I was once there too, plus it's kind of rewarding to provide some insight into something that's perfectly obvious to me but may be a complete mystery to them. Making helpful posts for newbies also gives you a great opportunity to create some of your best posts which can be chosen as the ones you may choose to submit for consideration when you request the $3/mo bonus for posting. Each of your contributory posts gives you another $.10 toward that $3, making it a win-win for me. Have a great day!  ;D
