You back up Jesus words more and more.

He said in this satanic world if you were gonna follow him to pick up your torture stake. The world hates him and his kingdom was no part of this world. So keep praising your dying world.

Im thankful that i never served in the service and never had to kill for the sake of this modern day Sodom and Gomorrhea.

And Alaric...dont question my bravery...if i had to die for my wife or son it would be an easy decision...i wouldnt worry about getting a coffee cup to show i love them.

I didn't risk my life, I'll freely admit, there was not much risk (as it turned out to be) during my one year of service on the Korean DMZ (demilitarized zone) for a coffee cup, the Korean government just gave me that in gratitude for service in their country.  You're finding some very clumsy and inelegant ways to try to insult me, but it's easy enough to for me to disregard your nonsensical points.

And yes, I do question your bravery, in fact, I would go so far as to suggest that you're probably a coward.  It's not a sufficient display of courage to protect only our own family, you could call that desperation, even selfishness in that you want to keep your wife and children.  Courage and sacrifice are not only for your own family, but also for your neighbors, your community, your country.  But I understand that I'm wasting my time talking to you about that, you've never reached that level of maturity and morality.

Bingo. Ultimately it's hypocrisy because they live in a country where they pay taxes that fund things they are strictly against and yet they are commanded to do nothing about it (realistically). If they wanted to have merit, they'd either attempt to change the gov't for the better, form their own communities like the Amish do, or create their own primitive country. The cult is in this sort of willingly-ignorant limbo where they're disconnected from reality and yet they say they know what's best for everyone while preaching pipe dreams.

Alaric....anyone that makes a comment "god should serve me" is beyond being selfishness as far as i am concerned.

I am not gonna get into the bit with the cross or the stake either. Its obvious the cross is used as a good luck charm today or are you all that blind?Like i said earlier,if your loved one got killed by a gun would you carry a replica of a gun around your neck?

Jcribb do you celebrate Xmas?Amazing how many turn to the scene when Jesus was a baby in Bethlehem and they talk about 3 wise men <astrologers>who were to report back to King Herod where the child was and when they didnt Herod killed all the 2 yr olds in the land.Such a happy event as we know of xmas.Or would anyone like to know the scripture?Plus 12/25 another pagan day and not anything in bible regarding Jesus saying remember his birth but only his death.

The bible is a 2 edged sword. It explains truth to those with a good heart and gives them discernment and understanding and to those that dislike it or only want it to be what they want it to mean...theyd be better off buying a comic book.

No, (various versions of), the 'bible' lack any evidentiary basis and therefore, rantings based on that invalid reference can be disregarded as specious and without merit.

It's folly for a fundie to quote specious religious mythology when the hypocrisy and 'foolishness' of the thumper is revealed by his previous feeble "disputing".  Apparently, this is a fairly common "jw" practice, (along with attempts to rewrite history to suit their superstitions).

Yeah, god should be serving me.  Although I don't believe that there is some superior being, if there were such an entity then, logically, he/she/it should be serving me, or, more accurately, taking care of me as his/her/it's less than infant foundling.  hitch, I know this will be much too complex for your level of understanding, don't confuse yourself in trying to understand this logical point, you'll only give yourself another headache.

Now you're getting into a shotgun scene where you're thrashing out at everybody, even your own supposed fellow christians.  But of course, you're not really a christian, you're a jehovah's witless, a fanatical branch sect of christianity.  Good luck to you in converting anyone else around here to your moronic, infantile religious beliefs.

From Mathew chaptor 2 you can read about how King Herod wants the astrologers to report back to him about baby Jesus and when they dont he kills all the 2 yr olds in the land.

Just thought id put that up so no one thinks i made that up with all you biblical scholars.

Well, the comment of "good luck" is pure irony, sarcasm.  It shouldn't normally be necessary to have to explain that except to a complete idiot, but then, of course, I have to remember that the comment was for you, hitch.  I guess that in the future I need to make comments easier to understand, and it would also probably be easier for you if I used words that didn't have so many letters.

From Mathew chaptor ...

Specious bible-thumper proves only that you're a specious bible-thumper, (and that you irrationally believe that an unsupported source substantiates anotehr unsupported assertion - it doesn't, because that's circular and illogical).

... i made that up with all you biblical scholars.

You may believe that this a some 'bible study group' but, it's a FC off topic forum and your proselytizing, superstitious nonsense is extraneous.
