What time do you go to bed?

I usually head to bed a little before 11:30 and will read for half an hour or so.  Reading keeps my mind focused on one thing instead of the hundred things that are floating around in my head.

Over the summer my husband and I went to bed between 3:30 or 4:00 a.m. but now that he is going back to teaching tomorrow, it's 10:00 p.m. Booooo!

I like to go to be around 9:30pm unless its my day off and I stay up until 3:00am and spend time with my girlfriend and another couple we all just hang out or come to my moms house and watch tv. I make dinner for everyone once in awhile we all might go to the movies.

I usually go to be around 8 or 9    not to sleep but .... relax   .  Hubby gets up very early and works long hours so I go to bed with him and usually end up watching tv until around 10 pm.  I normally get up around 6:30 but sometimes earlier or like this morning I may sleep in until 7am since I was up until around 11 last night watching a movie.  I would rather go to bed early and get up early .... you have heard the saying ..... early to bed early to rise makes a man (or woman!) healthy, wealthy and wise!

I usually go to bed around 9 or 9:30. I'm up by 5 most days.

I'm pretty much an insomniac but i try to get to bed by 2am at least but that doesn't mean i sleep much.

I go to bed between 9-10 and get up at 5 or 5:30.  I like to exercise and be ready for the day before my kids get up.

I use to sleep all day until like 4pm.

I like to be in bed by 10. My almost-11 year old has been staying up later, so I end up going to bed later. Now that my baby is born, I'm lucky to get to bed by 1 AM.

It varies from 10pm - 2 am.
