I used to like rain but after the year we have had so far, not so much. We have had so much flooding here in the NE that it has lost its calming effect. I hope it isn't foretelling a snowy winter.

I love the rain! To me there are few things more beautiful. Rain is calming, soothing and sensual to me. It's warm and exciting and quiet and gentle and tender. When it pours it is like a waterfall pounding the earth below. It's seems to make everything pure and beautiful. I love it. I remember once I was on vacation and there was a warm drizzle that lasted two days it was so beautiful tiny beads of rain, not enough to put up your umbrella. It was amazing...

We have seen rain here in Maryland for almost 3 weeks now.  I am seriously sick of seeing it.  I need sunshine or I think I may burst!  I like rain once in awhile, but now just tired of it.

Rain is calming and soothing to listen to and yes at times its miserable to be wet but it brings peace, rainbows and life.

I LOVE the rain!!  I lived in Oregon for 12 years and I miss the rain soooo much!

Unfortunately I am in the dry part of Washington, it's either hot or cold.  Not much of the in between weather!!

I'm not a big fan of the rain. It's okay during the day if its just a soothing mist. If it's raining at night I can't sleep.

I don't mind rain.  I just don't like it when it impairs an activity that's going to take place.  On the other hand, I really like rain when I'm about to take a nap.

I like the rain. It's so funny out here in California, people freak out over the rain and have no idea what to do with themselves. Like everyone is afraid to go outside. It gives me a good laugh since I'm from Florida where it can ran at any moment right out of nowhere, even if it's sunny. And that happens ALL the time.
