I always fall asleep with the TV on and wake up in the middle of the night.

I usually turn the TV off before I go asleep!   I can't go asleep with it on!

I usually fall asleep with the tv on but have the timer set so that it turns off. I have on several occasions stayed up longer than the timer and my tv will shut off right in the middle of a good part of the movier or show i was watching. So there I am turning it back on and setting another timer lol

i've learned to live with my guy's TV-sleep
routine, but once in awhile it just bugs the
heck out of me and i have to turn the darn
thing OFF. we don't always go to bed at
the same time though, which helps.
[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]

If I lay down on the couch with the tv on and i'm real tired i will fall asleep for about 10-15 minuets. The noise puts you into some kind of relaxation mode that just knocks you out.  But, I have no problem falling asleep without the tv either.

I have to have complete silence and complete darkness when falling asleep.

I can't sleep with a bunch of noise, or a little noise for that matter. I need it to be very quite for me to fall asleep.

I put on sleep so it will go off in 60 minutes.  Like to go to sleep with it on but wakes me up if it stays on all night.

Since I am usually the last one to go to bed I turn off the TV.

I cannot sleep if the tv is on. I go to bed and sometimes set the sleep timer in case I fall asleep, but i never do with it on.

I haven't fallen asleep in front of the TV in ages. I'm more likely to fall asleep in front of the computer nowadays.
