December New Feature #2: Toolbar with Paid to Search!

Back again with another new way to earn cash!

We've released a brand new toolbar which is much, much better than the last one.  The best feature is cash rewards for searching with Yahoo!.  You get 1c for every four searches you make, up to 5c per day.  It also displays your balance and has handy links to all of our features.

Try it out and tell us what you think!

How do I earn cash for searching?
It's easy - just use the search box on the toolbar for your day-to-day searching.  Every time you make four valid searches, you'll earn 1c; up to 5c per day (which takes at least 20 searches).  What is a "valid" search?  The toolbar is smart -- it will tell you immediately after you make four searches if they were accepted or rejected.  If you just quickly try to rack up searches without looking at the results, it wont be considered valid (but that's just one example -- there are many factors which determine if a search was valid).  If your searches are rejected, don't sweat it -- just try again.  The toolbar keeps track of how many searches you've made and how much you've earned from them.  It counts every search you make, even rejected ones, although you only get credit for valid sets of four searches.

I'm liking the added ways we can earn money. I just complete the profile surveys to earn 50 cents and i also completed and FC survey that i was emailed and earn $2!!! i also like the fact that i can also earn money searching online. these will help me reach my cashouts a lot quicker.

I never had downloaded the original FC toolbar, never saw the need to, but now I will most definently be downloading it and using it! 5 cents a day adds up!

I usually use google for searching stuff, but Yahoo is good too, and I generaly do alot of searches a day for all kinds of stuff, so this is a pretty good new offer, thanks FC!

i LOVE  the new ways to make money on here.  getting paid to search the internet is fantastic.  i search the internet everyday all day.  i do miss the scrolling balance though.  but that's okay, since you guys have replaced it with new ways to make more money.  i love fusion cash so much!!!  it's the best site around.

I am pretty sure that a scrolling balance like the old toolbar had is not possible on the new toolbar.  What I'm hoping to do is two-fold:
1) Small notification 'toast' when you get credited for an offer
2) Click on the "Balance" in the toolbar and a small box slides open displaying your last credited offer

I think we'll be able to get both of these features in, but it will likely take until mid-late January.

1) I am indifferent about the small notification 'toast' as I know I will miss most of those.  In fact, today none that I noticed showed up when I did the new daily search rewards. 

2)  The small box slides displaying last credited offer could definitely work.  It's an extra step, but it's a way to check quickly and I really appreciate that. 

I have noticed that this new toolbar doesn't update my balance as quickly as the old toolbar.  (The correct balance shows up in my account quickly, but not in the toolbar.)  There is definitely a delay that I didn't experience with the old toolbar.  I absolutely love the added enhancements, however, especially the more ways to make money...which is the bottom line.  I'd much rather make extra money then have extra frills...(but the frills are fun too).

The toolbar updates every 30 minutes.  I'll see about getting faster updates.

I've only been here for a couple months and I don't complete big offers everyday because my life is pretty hectic. Most days, I only get around to my daily e-mail, paid to click, and videos. Do you think the toolbar is still useful for me or is it geared more toward big earners?
