What is your favorite type of exercise?

Most of the time I walk or row. But when I go to the gym about once a week and beginning to really like the exercise bike.

pushups lol, i push up from my chair when i have to   (J/k)..i usually enjoy the treadmill, i can read while walking on it..great way to multitask

My favorite exercise would be walking, going to the gym, and I like getting on the treadmill. I like to do any kind of exercise that is good.

I def like workouts with goals....doing a mile in a certain time.  Or a set time like 20 mins to see what your maxium distance is.  Zumba is a blast, but totally what you get out of it.  Not into step, but I find it slightly dangerous to those whom lack some coordination. LOL
