What is your favorite thing to make in the crockpot?

My favorite crockpot meal is beef roast.  We like to put it in frozen the night before, add a package of dry onion soup mix and some water.  It is ready for noon the next day.

We also love chili and other soups in the crockpot.

My favorite thing to cook in the crockpot is roast beef. I make the Pioneer Woman's version in the crock instead of the oven. Comes out great!

I too like roast beef. But I've also done a jambalaya in one, which didn't turn out too bad. Also little smokies for the game...

I also love pot roast and many other things.  It makes a good swiss steak.  Chuck steak, onions, green pepper and a can of diced tomatoes and seasoning.

I love my crockpot.  These are my favorite things to make in the crock pot. Chicken Tortilla Soup, Tater Tot Casserole,  Cooked Pinto beans for refried beans and spaghetti sauce.  I used my crockpot a lot more when the kids were young and I worked fulltime.

I need to get a smaller crockpot that can cook for 1 or 2.  Now days I've just been using mine at Christmas.  I do the mashed potatoes for dinner at my brothers, so I peel a 10 pound bag and put it in the fridge the night before in salted water.  I get up in the morning and change the water then boil the potatoes, add the butter and milk and put it all in my warmed crockpot.  I drive across town and plug it back in to stay warm and my sister in law doesn't have the potato mess in her kitchen where most of the family seems to congragate.

I think the crockpot was one of the best inventions ever made i have 3 of them and a convection oven (portable). rarely use my electric stove oven. Posole with green chili is one of our favorites

Pulled pork sandwiches with Sonny's sweet bbq sauce.  Makes me want to have some now.
