I told you about my pressure cooker.  I finally made the ham and beens.  Wow.  I couldn't get the whole ham bone in the cooker so I cooked the lima beans first.  1 cup beans to 2 cups water 15 minutes without the soaking and ect.  I deboned the ham and added to the beans and it is very good.  I should tell you the ham was left over from a previous meal.  Just waiting to be made into soup.  I really like the pressure cooker.  Saves on alot of time and still prepares great tasting meals.  Next item is cheese cake.  The pressure cooker came with recipes for that and flan, cakes and puddings among many others.  Gotta getcha one.

It was good, but there is something to be said about the long cooking method, I love the auroma of food cooking all day.

I know it doesn't sound right but the recipes are there, that will be my next project.
