I dont understand your question. Your cashout consists of your offers and bonuses, so of course your offers and bonuses are included in your cashout, since that is what a cashout is.

After you cashout, the offers and bonuses you get will go towards your next cashout.

Your bonuses and offers ware what make up the amount that you cashout with.  They are what you "earn".
