I watched a movie today in my psych class and it was very interesting to tell me how much stress hurts your body !!!! SO try not to stress !!!!

ya i would support this claim. I personally do not have any tips for becomming incredibly unstresses though i do understand that stress is harmful to the body in certain ways.

Yes i know that its bad yet i cant control it i work and go to school try to balance a ton of things try to help my mom out finanically its just hard but its life just try not to stress about the things you cant change thats what i am working on

That's actually incorrect. A certain amount of stress is good for you, however, too much stress is very dangerous.

Everyone hads daily stress no matter who they are but you should always eat healthy,hydrate and do some deep breathing exercises or try some yoga. That is very calming! :heart:

You are absolutely right. As a Psych major graduate, I know stress can do horrible things to you both, mentally and physically.

I agree with you when you are in the middle of forest fire (stress) it is hard to see the big picture. There are many stress relieving techniques on the internet. I am not going give you a list, because you have to find what works best for you.

You do need to deal with it. If you need help dealing with it, find a forest ranger (counselor) who can give you the big picture and guide you in putting out the fires with in.

In my professional opinion,  the people who suffer the most from are the duck people, as I call them. On top of the water everything looks calm. Underneath, they are paddling like hell. Deal with your stress. The worst thing you can do is keep it to yourself.

You are absolutely correct! As a woman newly entering my 30s, I try to be more health conscioius than I have been in the past and my research has revealed to me that a frequent high stress level can be just as detrimental to your health as overeating, lack of physical exercise, smoking, and drinking.  That's why it's important to not stress and to also get enough sleep.
