I'll stay extra safe and just enjoy the town's fireworks instead of having our own.  I've heard that dogs get scared from the loud fireworks and run away, so be sure to keep your pets safe as well.   :dog:

I can't light any fireworks this year as we are under a fire ban. :(  Very dry season.

It is so dry here in middle Tennessee that I don't know if they will have fireworks tomorrow night or not.  There was rain all around us yesterday but we did not get any here.  I hope we get rain soon, everyone thing has dried up and the farmers are hurting here.  May God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I wish more people had your mentality.  I see so many kids running around lighting things in my area and I kinda wanna take the parents and shake them.  I understand wanting to do something with the kid, but guide them on how to light it if you're going to do that, don't just say "light it" and watch.

No fireworks in southern Illinois this year.
All have been cancelled due to dry weather.
