Is this TAG Game getting out of Hand

The rules change like I change undies. Everyday...Can we just have a set rules that will stick and not make them up as we go. Well can we have a set of Rules that will apply to Time zones as well when to start and finish Tag. This is to relentless.

Thanks Kohler for trying. For some reason this just didnt work out and its fun but not fun without much rules to go by.
