Password change

Thank you support group. I finally got my password changed, but it didn't seem to help keep the bug away. I don't know why going through the regular channels for changing my PW did not work, but the support team was able to fix my problem, whatever it was. I am happy it is not the same, but not happy about the virus attacks that continue to plague me.
