MY DAUGHTER'S HOME FOR CHRISTMAS BREAK, OH, NOOOOOOO!
« on: December 18, 2012, 10:12:05 am »
HI,

My daughter has just one more day of school and then she will be home for about two weeks for the Christmas holidays, helllllllllp,   :o  :o. However, ther's hope we can do some winter activites or tour some amusement park or something, anything to keep her busy and active.

I was always extremely happy when my kids came home from breaks in school, and years later I'm still happy when they come now!

I love it when my daughter comes to visit. she lives so far away  from me and she hardly come to visit me.

You will realize how lucky you are one day when she is grown and too busy with a family of her own to even remember to call.... :sad1:

First time I've ever heard of someone dreading their children being home. I'm sure it won't be too bad though.

That's what I was thinking. Is she in college? She may have plans with friends already.

I'm not sure why you feel this is such a stress. It only should be as stressful as you make it. Don't worry too much on having every moment planned out and just enjoy her company and relax. It is the holidays after all.
