I Just Discovered Powdered Peanut Butter!

I like that idea, powdered peanut butter. No doubt its easier to use in recipes. Sure you can store that longer on the shelve which probably has better health benefits. Thanks for sharing.

I haven't ever tried it, but my daughter has and she actually liked it. I don't know if I would spend the money for it.

This is a new one on me. I'd be curious about the taste. I see a few people say it tastes good, but people said that about powdered milk when it came out, and when I tried that , it was horrible! Does anyone know if it's less expensive?

  OMG I just can't imagine powdered peanut butter but I would try it.  Sounds interesting.  I love peanut butter so can't imagine any that I wouldn't like especially if you still got the "creamy" effect

i've never heard of it, but my fiance is a HUGE
peanut butter fan. i can't say i never scoop out a spoonful
for myself, either...

Fascinating. I never heard of this until today. I cannot imagine the concept of using this, but if the taste is still the same, but is a little healthier this might be worth a try even if this is a little more expensive.

It sounds YUMMY!  I bet the same can be done with almonds too.

We buy almond butter and it's way tastier than peanut butter, so I bet almond powder would be delicious too!

Gross......peanuts are one of the foods to avoid, harvested in moldy, fungus conditions.
You don't know what the manufacturers put in there .....flavoring .....chemicals.....yuck.
Everyone should be concerned with what they are eating and choose carefully; why are so many people getting sick?

I am getting hungry just reading all these posts.  If it is not too expensive, I would love to try it as an alternative to the less-healthy, calorie-packed jars of regular peanut butter as I tend to get carried away once I start eating this "comfort food."

Sounds like the powdered version removes a lot of the nutrition. The fat in regular PB is not bad fat; this is why you should never get the "reduced" kind. PB is high cal, yes, but it's filling and good for you. Has Vitamin E, fiber and protein.
