Should Guns be banned in America?

I don't think that guns should be banned.  Cars and alcohol aren't banned and drunk drivers kill millions each year.  The second amendment says we have the right to bear arms.

No.  I don't think people should be allowed to own "assault rifles", there's no need for those.  When our forefathers wrote the 2nd  amendment I'm sure they never dreamed of us  having those kind of weapons. I still think we
should keep the 2nd amendment.

Very few people in this country own true "assault rifles," which are automatic and require a special federal license to own and use. But the media and government pretend that the ordinary semi-automatic weapons which are used everyday for hunting and other legal shooting sports are "assault rifles," in order to rouse public opinion against millions of law-abiding gun owners. Like other posters above said, this is a control issue, not a safety issue.

No definitely not if you ban guns United States then only the crews would have guns. Because Eric some countries that have guns banned and they still get guns. And the people are a savior there are less safe because that you have guns can come and get them. One of the biggest reasons Germany or China or Japan or Russia. Never think about invading the United States! That a lot of the citizens have guns flight with underground so they won't invade this country. If you take the guns away from the citizens then people can't protect themselves and look at all the countries over Europe they didn't have guns people in have guns and they were run over by a false forces of Germany because they didn't have any way to protect themselves when they got government collapsed so I say again keep the guns in the guns that kill is the people that kill. You are ban cars more people you kill with cars. Then killed the with guns! How about airplane you are ban airplanes there more people killed in airplane crashes than with guns every year to!
