"human intelligence " task - question
« on: January 14, 2013, 09:49:06 pm »
I see that some people have in the teens as far as cash for the tasks. I am at 2.21- How did people get SO much money from them? What is the key?!

I think people are working at home or at home a lot are good doing this. They have whole day to work on the tasks.  I think it's time consuming to do some of the tasks. Sometimes the tasks will make no sense and may take you to some old link and make you look for something that's not there.  there's a task that I have to search their key word and then say what position it's in and what's the first "A" word and I look all over and not find it. I have no idea what they are talking about. You may have all the other information but if you can't get the code word you can't get credited. so there's some frustration and deadlocks out there in the task section. All of them which can be time consuming.  Often time the tasks that are done will re-appear.  That can be time consuming too. Looking to find an open one.  I think this is good for people like teens or stay home moms to do.

I think some people just sit and do lots of tasks. Also every once in awhile there are higher paying ones....like 80 cents or so.....but they are only available for a little while. But I think they must just do a ton of tasks.

That's exactly it.  It is a matter of persistence and yes, it is time consuming, but worth it because actually the more you do them the easier they seem to be.  I used to only use tasks to make up the difference if I could not get a survey, but now have realized how really simple they are and pretty much check them out rather often.  It's easy money and I like them.  Actually if you do them enough, they do get repetitive and you will be able to click right through them and knock out good numbers of them in no time.

They are definitely time consuming and some of them have bugs where you end up on a different page then where you thought you were going. But they do add up and good for making up cents on slow days. Some days thats about all the tasks I get to do up here in Canada. I never get anywhere close to the folks on the leader board and often wonder how they do it?
Gives one something to talk about in the forum.

The per hour pay is certainly low, but payment is payment, right?  I would say if you have a higher pay option, go with that, but if not, task away all day!  My motto is why sit and play on the computer for free when you could make a few pennies instead!

We just do tons of tasks each day! Haha. If you are someone who doesn't want to do more than 2-5 tasks a day....it would obviously be impossible to make it on the Leader Board.  ;D

Is it possible to actually see yourself in the top 5?

I agree. SOme are boring, and some are actually not that easy. (Like time consumption) and you don't get paid much either.. so aren't always worth the time!
