I always thought that strep started as a virus from a cold. Very contagious though.

I don`t like that strep throat, its very unpleasant,its hard to eat and its hard to sleep. But if you notice that you have that symptoms,you need to gargle with warm water with a little bit salt on it. It worked on me most of the time.

That is just a bacteria that can spread around.

That Explains alot that it comes from a viral infection,but right now we are all being treated so hopefully this circle of family and friends will get all better!

I heard once you get it, you are more susceptible to get it.  Go to your natural health store and look for acidophilus...liquid form in the refridge.  Take 1 Tbsp. everyday during bad seasons and that should help you~

Strep throat is highly contagious.

I Know had to completely sterilize my house carpets,curtains,blankets pillows everything,so far everyone doing ok

     Oral hygiene. Brush your teeth, use mouthwash and cough drops...drink plenty of water.
