I'm ready for the longer daylight we will get in the evenings.  I'm also looking forward to warmer weather although I know allergy season is just around the corner as the weather warms up, also!
Have a wonderful day!

Me too.  Looking forward to the longer daylight evenings and of course warmer weather.  Not looking forward to missing out on an extra hour of sleep.  That takes some getting use to over time.

Yep, I am ready for Daylight Savings Time also, I was so happy when they changed it was it last year or so, so that we get 2 extra weeks before the beginning and 2 weeks longer then it used to be!!

I like the spring time change. I enjoy having the extra daylight in the evenings.

Love that it will be light longer! Always look forward to that in the spring time, it helps me by knowing that summer is right around the corner!

I never like the spring jump forward. It feels harder to adjust to the new sleep schedule of having to get up earlier. For some reason sleeping in during the fall back has never been a problem. This year will be especially difficult because I have an early appointment early next week that I am not looking forward to.

I agree. Losing that hour is hard.

Is it that time of the year already?? It seems like we just "fall back" and it is time to "spring forward". Where has the time gone??

Yeah, the time changes screws up my internal circadian clock. But by the time I do get used to it, we start to change back. Go figure

I think that the time switch definately impacts me in both fall and spring.  During the fall I wake up at the same time that I normally due which gives me an extra hour of production during the day.  The Spring change, losing an hour, doesn't affect me quite as much because my biological clock wakes me up at the normal hour any way.  I just have to adjust to seeing a little less light at four in the morning when I wake up.  It has been dark for five months now any way and I don't run into any body at that time of the morning. I get my five hours of sleep regardless of whether there is a time change and am usually too exhausted to notice a difference.
