Glitch in Shopping Experience Survey

Was just trying to take the Shopping Experience Survey (found in my list of Daily FC Survey's).  In several of the questions in this survey it indicated that more than one option could be checked....however, checking on a second choice removed the first choice.  This was the case on several questions.  It didn't let me complete it all the way through....but I did get the penny for trying.
Also submitted a ticket to let FC know of the issue.
Anyone else run into this issue on any surveys??

i tried buying from my card and it was denied had money on my card but still was denied i 'm confused :dontknow:

I clicked on that survey yesterday and it brought up the normal page that asks for your name, race, gender...etc...then the next page took me to a mommyknowssurveys survey. I completed it and then when I was done instead of getting the FC Surveys congratulations window, I was taken to the mommyknowssurveys site. It said congratulations on that site, but I have no account with mommyknowssurveys. I clicked on account on that page and it was someone else's (mommyknowssurveys) account. (I am on my home computer not a public one.) It let me see the person's name, address, email, and all her account information.  ???

I got this one but it took me a bicycle riding group that I qualified to join but no credit for the survey  :dontknow:
