I buy the cheapest generic ones that nobody's ever heard of, and they work just fine.

I like Sketchers. Their new memory foam is very comfortable Got them on sale at Famous Footwear and I think I might be getting another pair since they just sent me a $10 giftcard.

I'd go with Nikes. I don't really think it's a preference. I don't go out seeking them but when I do go shopping for sneakers, I consider them all, but Nikes still seems to always come out on top. Haven't bought a new pair in years though.

I love Nike but I buy Sketchers and Adidas for my son because of shoe size's and durability.

It's kind of a personal choice.  My favorites are the Nike Free and Puma Mostro.  I adore both of them!
