I always make more then the minimum to cash out just in case some of offers do not credit. I hope you are able to cash out this month and good luck to you.

I agree with everyone who has posted that:

1. Being polite will get you further than being critical
2. FC responded quickly and fixed the issue

When I started reading this thread, I immediately felt you were in the midst of a glitch that would be straightened out.  I have faith in the reliability of FC, and was rewarded when I kept reading and admin came in with a thorough explanation of what had happened.  My heart actually swelled with pride and I got that warm fuzzy feeling at having had my first inclination verified.  What a great site this is!  I have worked at many other money making sites through the years, but have never found one so reliable and trustworthy and concerned about its members as this one is!  Wish I had found it years earlier!

At the end of the day, at least you were able to cashout.
I guess the lesson today is always have more than exactly $15 of offer completions

Well, at least you were able to help FC discover the "bug" or "glitch" whichever you want to call it. I can understand you being upset. I would have submitted a support ticket first before calling FC liars in the forum.

I just noticed that the RL  credits are shown separately from the RL Bonus that FC credits for doing 15 or more RL offers.

I also remember when the RL credits started being combined that the RL bonus was buried in the grouping -- hard to find -- but there if you looked.  Thought I was imaging that when I looked back into September and saw the RL Bonus shown separately.

Looks like when FC corrected the split between the Bonus and the RL offer credit, they also went back and corrected it from day 1.

Wow that's crazy. I have never seen anything like that, but then again, Radioloyalty has not been around for too long though.
