Well with the kids grown and out of the house, I open gifts any time now.

We usually give into the urge and open one each on Christmas Eve and then have what is referred to as "Big Rippings" on Christmas morning.  I will admit, however, that as we grow older, we sleep in later and have our coffee and cocoa before we settle in to opening presents.  Just want to say, we are so grateful that we have people who care about us enough to send presents and that we are fortunate enough to be able to give to others.  Merry Christmas to all!
